Experience

As a renewable energy consultant working with an industry leader in the renewable energy space in the South Australian market, the Sharpe Group, i was responsible for the formation of contracts with clients for service, growing the size and profitability of the customer base, increasing conversions and reducing the length of the sales cycle. 

With training from industry leading experts in the high ticket sales space, i refined the sales process to provide a consultative approach to customer engagement, identifying each clients individual needs and providing bespoke highly tailored design solutions.

Through providing a highly tailored approach to client needs assessment, bespoke package design and customisable package options in an iterative approach, i worked with the engineering, operations, management and marketing teams to grow revenue in the renewable energy division of the business by 800% in 8 months.

My role as an agent of the firm has seen me form contracts for service running into the 7 figure multiples in FY 19/20 with continued market development strategies seeing firm growth and profitability continually grow throughout this period.
